Pale gold color. A good intensity, the nose is fresh and elegant, finely buttered revealing lemon notes. On the palate, a good richness and smoothness, of notes of yellow fruits and citrus. A gourmet finish with a subtle salinity. Bottled in September 2015. This Chassagne-Montrachet will fully express itself at a serving temperature of 12-14°C. It will go well with dishes of fish in sauces such as: fish in a dieppoise sauce, pike dumplings, poultry and white meats à la crème, and with cheeses such as Brillat-Savarin, Vacherin, Brie de Meaux.
