J Vineyards & Winery At release, this salmon-colored J Brut Rosé displays layers of floral and fruit aromas; jasmine, lilac and ripe cherries with hints of vanilla, cream and toast. This wine opens with a very round beginning, followed by big cherry, blood orange and rose petal flavors that are underlined by a gentle acidity that keeps the overall impression delightfully fresh. The finish is long and clean with citrus and honeysuckle notes. This wine engages the entire mouth with a surprising sense of maturity in a youthful body. Wine Enthusiast Pretty copper color; has powerful aromas of strawberries. This full-bodied bubbly has deep flavors of strawberries, vanilla, white pepper and toast.
